WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT: PLEASE NOTE: THAT ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT A PLACE WHERE THE READER WILL FIND CRUDE PORNOGRAPHY ,THIS BLOG MAY CONTAIN EXPLICIT ADULT CONTENT INCLUDING NAKED IMAGES. IF THIS MAY OFFEND WE SUGGEST THAT YOU LEAVE THE SITE NOW. THANKYOU.
My first reason for starting this BLOG was to promote our BOOKS
as they begin to appear in a published form and which are so far available - on
LULU in print only and on AMAZON in both printed and e-book format.
Driving in Spain
We are not really into social networking , but I soon
realised that there is a lot more to this kind of blog thing than I first
envisaged and its much more like a website than just a place to exchange ideas
and opinions. I’m still on a pretty
steep learning curve, but hopefully I will get there – and sooner rather than
later.
So now, while we continue to prepare our work for
publication, selected pieces from our
archives right across the spectrum as
well as other bits and pieces will also appear on the BLOG on a (fairly) regular
basis. I hope they will be interesting
to readers of the blog and will look forward to some kind of constructive
feedback.
Although a large proportion of our photo-journalism is about
Art, Naturism and Erotica – three subjects that link quite naturally together –
there is much more to it than that. As
well as our collection of personal erotica - not fantasy or fiction but real
life events -we have also accumulated a
vast archive of work covering such diverse subjects as investigations ,
examinations , observations , dissertations, specialist assignments and
qualified opinions on a wide variety of subjects, many of which are relatively
unknown to the vast majority of ordinary people. Almost all these feature articles are
supported by our extensive library of photographic images.
The Regents Canal - London
Because of it’s very nature a large amount of our work has included
higher than usual levels of photographic
or other forms of visual imagery – the first volume of Diary of a Nudist for
instance has the potential to include more than 500 photographs . To
include these kind of amounts as printed matter has always been a very
expensive exercise and one which has only been financially viable with either
huge print runs or costly cover prices.
Digital has made this mode much more affordable, as photo books for
instance, but it’s not quite the same as a proper book full of beautiful
illustrations. The kindle and other similar e-readers have made the printed word available on a much
wider and affordable scale, but so far it hasn’t been able to incorporate large
amounts of high quality illustrations of the kind that is so important to much
of our work . We are currently looking
at affordable ways of linking large photo files to our forthcoming
publications.
